Management

AJK is managed by its Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee meets on a regular basis and its main functions are:

1. drawing the strategic direction of the firm;
2. overseeing Client take-on procedures;
3. ensuring compliance with applicable international rules and regulations;
4. reviewing and implementing operational methods and procedures applicable to the global financial services industry;
5. approving new relationships with Associates;
6. approving the introduction of new products and Services;
7. monitoring complicated projects and transactions;
8. issuing guidelines to the various departments within the firm;
9. setting up subcommittees to deal with specific tasks or projects;
10. any other  issue that is deemed necessary to be brought to the attention of the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee currently consists of nine Members; these are:
